Hi, my name is Dr. Vance M. Benton, and we are fundraising for the Dwayne E. Shields Memorial Scholarship Fund. Dwayne was everything to me growing up in the Glenville community, and we wanted to do something special for him.

Because Dwayne loved Glenville High School so dearly, we would like to present our 4th Annual scholarship to a deserving senior attending Glenville High School, and a deserving senior on the Glenville High School varsity football team. We want to present a $500.00 scholarship to both of these deserving male and female graduates.

All donations are greatly appreciated. We hit our goal in previous years, so let’s do it again!
