Support the Duckwitz Family's Long Recovery

Hi, my name is Amie. I am organizing this go fund me to help my cousin and her family Ashley and Justin Duckwitz. Justin had a tragic accident two weeks ago where he fell from a roof and landed on his feet which shattered his L1 and gave him a significant spinal cord injury. He was flown up to Fargo from Fergus. Falls, and most recently has moved to a rehab facility in Denver. He will be doing intense therapy about eight hours every day to hopefully get him moving again. After surgery, he was unable to move his legs and had very little feeling. He’s starting to regain some feeling, but not able to bear any weight on his legs at this time. His goal is to be at this facility in Denver as long as it takes so he can walk out of there. It’s going to be a very long process and a very expensive time for their family. All funds will go towards airfare for Ashley and Atley to go visit Justin, lost wages from Ashley not being able to work and all the money lost while Justin is not able to work. This recovery will take many months. Any amount is helpful to this wonderful family.
