I am trying this to see if I can raise money for a tattoo and piercing degree. Did you know financial aid does not recognise many trades? Well in my case that is so. I earned a Pell grant hoping to use it to finally become the artist of my dreams, but turns out you can only use a grant for recognised institutions. I know times are hard these days so this is an experiment.
