With a heavy heart, I ask for your help. A dear friend has been laid to rest but not without her vibrant ferocity of a fight. For those of you who knew her, you know that Terry was a firecracker.
Terry was something different to everyone. She was a mother, wife, friend, neighbor, family or even just your friends mom. Whether she was calling you out on your shit or reminiscing about old times, Terry loved us all. She would never leave anyone out even if it meant packing 10 kids into her car at one time to take them home from school. She treated everyone like they were one of her own, and now we need to give back to her like she gave to us.
Terry was diagnosed with Stage IV Breast Cancer 4 years ago and and given 3 months to live. It spread its way all over the right side of her body but she didn't let that stop her from fighting.
As you can imagine, Gene, Nick and Stefan are grieving with no reserves. The last thing we want them to worry about is finances. Funeral expenses are only the beginning. Terry was taken away too soon. We want to give her a humble and honorable service and help the family transition into this new world without her.
You don't have to change the world to be remembered when you die. I think all you need to do is love and then you can't ever be forgotten. Terry loved everyone, and she poured that love in to everyone and made us all better people because of it. Any donations will be deeply appreciated.
