Tragedy has struck the Dittbrenner family not once but twice. Unexpectedly, Ed passed away on December 3, 2025. Ed started the farm many years ago and was actively running the farm with his wife Pam and one of his two sons, David, and only daughter, Nicole. With Ed's passing, it has left a huge hole in everyone's heart in the family, farm, and the farming community. Since this was unexpected, it has incurred a huge financial burden for the family.

Early this morning, tragedy struck again. The barn started on fire, resulting in heavy damage to the milking parlor and barn. On the bright side, no cows were lost in the fire. Neighboring farms and friends have taken in the milking cows for the time being to help out the family. The family is very appreciative of all the help they have received in this time of need. The milking parlor is essential to milking the cows every day and providing essential income, especially in the winter months. These two tragedies have put a huge unexpected financial burden on the family. The family wants to continue Ed's dream and legacy for generations to come. We all know the Dittbrenner family would give the shirt off their back to help a neighbor, friend, and community in any way they could. Right now they need your help to recover from the financial burdens that the funeral and fire have put on the farm. Please help if you are able and spread the word if you are not. Every little bit helps.
