Support the Dini family

Last Thursday, Abida was driving her boys to camp when she had a seizure, resulting in a small car accident. At VCU, her CT scan showed a 4cm mass in her brain. She is scheduled for a craniotomy on Fri, July 8. She expects to be hospitalized for several days, post-surgery, and then recovering for 4-6 weeks.

We are raising fund to support the Dini family with medical bills, childcare, groceries, and other things as they come up. Abby recently started a new job, and while she is very excited about it, it is not a salaried position. Many of us know Abby's tireless work as a social worker and community-builder, so let's come together as a community to support her, Matt, Adrian, and Marcelo.

Abby always does whatever she can for those she loves. Do what you can to show that love back to her. Abby's community is her family, and this is when her family needs her community to show up.
