On Sunday, August 12th, Derek Dietz unexpectedly went into Cardiac Arrest. He is currently in ICU and fighting for his life.

Derek has a wife (Katie) and two small children (Jaxson and Peyton). Anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing Derek, knows what a great guy he is and how he would do absolutely anything for anyone. He is a doting husband, father, son, brother and friend. 

We’re putting this page together to help the Dietz family with unforeseen medical expenses and just expenses in general since Derek is obviously unable to work. Katie hasn’t left his side and therefor also is unable to work. Anything you are able to contribute to help them out would be greatly appreciated! Let’s all pray for a speedy recovery for Derek!
