Dan and Amy DiCristo are close friends of our family and pillars of the Nutley community. Dan teaches at Nutley Middle School, and together with Amy and their children, Danny and Becca, they have dedicated themselves to serving others in countless ways. Their kindness and commitment have touched many lives, making Nutley a stronger, more caring place.

This past weekend, a severe storm caused a large tree to fall on their house, tragically hitting Amy, who has already endured several back surgeries. Thankfully, Amy was released from the hospital, but the family’s home is now unlivable. They are facing unexpected costs for temporary lodging, food, and basic necessities while extensive repairs are needed. Insurance will not cover all of these expenses, leaving the DiCristo family in a difficult situation.
