Due to personal loss and severe bodily injury affecting our staff following two violent robberies last week, The Dandy Crown has been indefinitely closed since Thursday, August 14th 2025. As of this date, all front and back of house employees of The Dandy Crown have been unable to accrue necessary wages that facilitate their livelihoods.
Our financial goal with this fund is to provide two weeks worth of lost income to all eight full-time employees and five part-time employees to ease our staff's financial burdens during this period of instability. **This fund is managed collectively by staff and not affiliated with ownership. All collected funds will be dispersed among staff according to loss and need.**
Staff would also like to take this moment to uplift and thank our wonderful customers and friends who have served as fundamental support during moments of active distress, and who continue to boost us morally and practically. We love you all!! So much!!! Thank you, truly and dearly.
We are strengthened by our community now more than ever, and appreciative of any and all donations. Each and every staff member extends our sincerest gratitude for all of your support and care during this time.
