My name is Stacey Cupo, and I am helping organize this fundraiser on behalf of Valicia Cruz and her children during this incredibly difficult time.

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the Cruz family experienced a sudden and heartbreaking loss. Kevin Cruz passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind his wife, Valicia, and their children, Tyler and Tenly. Their family and the surrounding community are grieving alongside them.

During this incredibly difficult time, Valicia and the children are leaning on the love and support of their church, family, friends, and neighbors as they begin to navigate life after this unexpected loss.

In addition to their grief, the family is facing several immediate and unexpected needs as they work to stabilize their lives and support the children during this difficult transition. One important priority is ensuring the children can return to school and receive the care and counseling they may need as they begin to process this loss.

This fundraiser has been created to help support the family with: funeral and memorial expenses , counseling and support services for the children and basic living expenses as the family adjusts to this sudden loss.

Valicia and the children are incredibly grateful for the compassion, prayers, and support already shown by their church, neighbors, and friends. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the burden during this difficult time and allow the family to focus on healing and caring for one another.
