Dear Friends and Caring Strangers,

My name is Alex Macias and I created this GoFundMe to help raise funds for the Cruz Family. On Wednesday, January 8th at 5:30 AM, this family of five lost their home in Altadena as well as all possessions to the Eaton Wildfire. Winds up to 100 mph spread flames that destroyed their entire Altadena neighborhood within minutes. The Cruz Family was able to evacuate with only the clothes they were wearing.

Susana's love for everything Altadena is surpassed only by her motherly commitment to her three daughters and her dedication to her children’s school. Her husband has been an educator in the Pasadena Unified School District for over 30 years, helping at-risk youth meet their graduation and career goals.

The Cruz Family have been caring members of the Altadena/Pasadena community and they need our help now. Please help this kind family who has lost everything.
