UPDATE: Support the Croisetiere Family's Recovery
Donation protected
UPDATE June 30th:
Ray had surgery about 2 weeks ago. Surgery went well and they say he is healing nicely. He will start physical therapy in 2 weeks for his hand. He was fitted with a removable splint/cast. He will be out of work all summer. But looks forward to spending time with his girls!
Kate is healing. Her right foot has torn ligaments and is taking the steps for healing. Will be a bit of a road to recovery.
The girls are healing very well and have been excited for this summer. They are enjoying their dad being home.
Thanks to everyone for everything they have helped with and reached out and checked on them!
UPDATE:
Hey everyone, thought I would finally get on here and address what happened. We were headed home from vacation. We had left Pacific City Oregon Saturday Morning and was going through the tri-cities area on 395 North around 4:30 and there was a really bad sand storm. By the time I could react we rear ended a van. There was 3 semis and 3 cars involved in our crash. Ray was able to get the door open and we were able to get the girls and all of out of my car as it was on fire and off of the road as more cars were still crashing. Ray suffered a broken wrist, messed up hip, messed up foot bump and bruises but will heal. I broke my right ankle have lots of brusing all over my upper body. Peyton has some brusing across her legs from the seat belt. Jaycee has 2 cracked ribs and one little bruise on her chest from seat belt. But we are all going to be ok. Got is great and we are very happy to be alive. Ray's Dad and Step mom came and picked us up and drove us home. Uncle Tim was able to pick us up some things while out in Washington and drove us around. Thank you so much. Thank you to Ashley Brown for everything you have done at the home front for us. We love you. Thank you to everyone who has reached out, brought meals, and donated to the GoFundMe. We can't thank everyone enough. We truly have the best of family and friends. We love you all. God is Great!!!
As many of you have seen the post asking for prayers, we have realized it is time to tell the story.
Ray, Kate, and the girls had just finished enjoying their family vacation. They were on their way home when the most unexpected event happened. The Croisetiere family ended up in a dust storm and a horrific car accident happened. They did lose their car and everything in it, as it burned to the ground. Kate, Ray, and the girls all sustained injuries, but they are okay. However, it is going to be a long road to recovery.
We want to prioritize their healing and take this time to try to help take some of the financial burden off of them. It is going to be a while before they can return to work.
Please do not feel obligated to donate. If you can take them dinner (once they are home), they would greatly appreciate that, or just spend time with them. We also ask that you just keep them in your prayers and pray for a fast healing.
UPDATE:
The Croisetiere Family would like to tell everyone thank you for the prayers and they are hoping to be home soon.
