Support the Cpak Family's CRPS Journey: Olivia's Angels

We are asking for your help and prayers for The Cpak family. Katie and Matt's oldest daughter, Olivia, was recently diagnosed with a condition called CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), also known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. It is rare condition which affects the nervous system, with one of the main symptoms being severe, debilitating pain, among many other symptoms. It can be caused by an injury, surgery, or illness. Olivia had a significant hip injury from dance a little less than a year before this all started. She also had a bad case of pneumonia two weeks before and another virus when her pain started.

She initially developed severe pain throughout her neck and whole spine with severe sensitivity to touch, temperature, and light. It then progressed to a lack of appetite with difficulty eating, unintentional weight loss, impaired bladder and bowel function, headaches, anxiety, depression, hallucinations, burning in the lungs and stomach, episodes with difficulty breathing, allergic reactions, severe insomnia, sensitivity to sound, color changes in her hands, legs and feet, paralysis from the waist down, and seizures. After many doctor visits, countless specialists, and two lengthy hospitalizations, she was finally diagnosed with CRPS.

Once given the diagnosis and learning that it is very hard to treat, through a lot of research, the family found a neurological rehabilitation center that specializes in CRPS in Arkansas. Unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover the cost of this treatment. Katie had to stop working and move Olivia, herself and her youngest daughter, Bella, to Arkansas while leaving her husband Matt home to work and provide for the family.

With the burden of two house payments, prior medical bills, and the cost of current treatment, we ask for your help.
