Support the Cook Family After Holiday Fire

On Monday morning, one of my clients and friends Jackie came home from work to find her house on fire. Thankfully, no people were injured, but one of their dogs did unfortunately sustain injuries. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Their home has sustained a significant amount of damage, causing them to be displaced while the damage is repaired which at this time is unknown how long it will take to be fixed!

Being displaced from your home is never easy, especially during the holidays. It makes it even harder! If you all know Jackie, you know she loves Christmas so it’s making a whole entire thing so much worse. Finances are the last thing they should have to worry about during this time so I would love to help raise money to lessen the blow during this devastating time!

having to choose whether or not to be able to give their kids a Christmas or pay for their hotel room should not be a choice they have to make!

They do so much for the community in school. I think we need to rally as a community and help them!

So just to give Everyone an update. Yesterday morning(Monday) I arrived home about 10:15am to find our house on Fire!! Yes, everyone is ok. The poor dogs were locked inside and Max definitely is paying the price. Please pray for him. Very Thankful to the quick actions of our neighbor Vern and the fire department! The fire was contained to one room(Benson's room). Unfortunately Benson lost the most. The house was completely filled with smoke when I arrived home, so the smoke damage is throughout the entire house. So right now we are taking things minute by minute. We are currently staying at a hotel for the next couple weeks while we work on the house. Hoping things move fast...but we are all doing "ok". Mentally & emotionally exhausted!

Also anyone know how we can get an oxygen tank to use for Max? Christmas might look a little different this year!✝️
