In Loving Memory of Miguel Angel Collado

It is with the heaviest heart that I share the passing of my father, Miguel Angel Collado—a hardworking, self-made man who dedicated his life to his family and his craft. He built a career with his own hands, starting in the union and later founding his own creative interior design finish company. Every dollar he earned was a testament to his relentless work ethic, his skill, and his deep pride in what he created.

Above all, my father was a devoted husband to my mother, Xiomara, and a loving father to my sisters, Tiffany and Brittney, and me, Jeremy. He was also a proud grandfather to Jacob, Jaxon, Augustine, and Ophelia. His greatest joy was providing for and supporting his family, ensuring we had the best possible future. If you ever visited our home for one of our annual gatherings, you’ve seen the backyard he poured his heart into—a true masterpiece that reflected his creativity, precision, and passion.

His passing has left a deep void in our lives, and the financial burden of his illness has only made this time more difficult. After surviving a COVID-induced coma, he was unable to return to work, which placed an immense strain on our family. Without life insurance, the costs of his final arrangements and the many loose ends left behind are overwhelming.

Any support, no matter how small, would mean the world to us as we navigate this painful time and honor my father’s legacy. Your kindness and generosity will not only help us but will support my mother as she faces this next chapter without him carrying on his home.
