My name is Carrie. I’m raising funds to help dear friends of mine who have hit a rocky patch in life and need some help. Chris and Chanell and their two young children are in need of funds for food, housing (currently they are living in a hotel), and to make payments on some medical bills that were needed for Chanell and their daughter. I have included a summary of their situation, written mostly in their own words, below. “Chris got laid off due to corporate restructuring.

The same week, we were told our home wasn’t safe due to toxic mold and had to move out.

Chris was the Director of Operations for a healthcare technology company. He was a valued team member and co-workers poured out the love letting him know he would be missed.

He is one of those people who can do anything!

We are in Indiana right now, staying in a hotel because the living situation we had arranged for also had mold in it and our kids were at risk of hospitalization for respiratory reactions to the mold. Funds are running out very quickly.
