Dave and Nancy Clapp are among the nicest, most caring, and most giving people on the planet. They've been volunteers and leaders in this community for decades; they've directly impacted hundreds (if not thousands!) of our neighbors. They are currently full time parents to three grandchildren.

On September 6, their dream home was flooded in the storm surge from Hurricane Helene.

Like many of us, they suffered extensive personal losses. It wasn't just their home, it was their personal belongings - furniture, irreplaceable family memories, kid toys, and more.

I worked with Dave for thirteen years at Re/Max Alliance Group; he gave me 'the checkup from the neck up' I needed to not only be a great Realtor but also to be a better human. The proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to the Clapp family to help them cover FEMA shortfalls, personal property replacements, and the inevitable expenses from their displacement. Repairs are guaranteed to take months.
