Help Support Welnior Chilin, Our Fellow Paramedic, After a Serious Motorcycle Accident.
Our dear friend and coworker, Welnior Chilin, was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident on September 6th, 2025. Chilin is a dedicated husband, father, and paramedic who has always been the first to answer the call when others are in need. He is currently hospitalized with significant injuries. As a result of the trauma, he will face a very long road to recovery.
We are asking you for help.
Welnior and his wife, Caitlyn, have a toddler, Tommy, and are expecting a baby girl in February 2026. With his long road to recovery, the family needs all the help they can get.
As a first responder and EMS instructor, Chilin has spent countless hours serving the Northeast Ohio communities and educating the next generation of paramedics. Chilin works at Hudson EMS, UH Air-Med, and Lakeland Community College. Now, it's our turn to step up for him. With Chilin unable to work during recovery, medical bills and living expenses will quickly add up. Any amount will be appreciated and go towards the benefit of this lovely family.
We’re raising money to help cover:
~ Medical expenses and hospital bills
~ Daily living expenses
~ Support for Caitlyn, Tommy, and the coming baby
~ Any other unforeseen costs during this challenging time
Every dollar counts and any support, including simply sharing this page, helps make a difference. Let’s show Chilin the same compassion and strength he has shown to so many others.
