Support the ChiArts AAPI culture showcase!

Students at The Chicago High School for the Arts are preparing for the annual Asian American and Pacific Islander Culture Showcase! The production is 100% student-directed and will include dance, music, spoken word, and fashion. Auditions and rehearsals have already begun, and while we are re-using as many supplies as we can from prior years, students are still in need of some essential supplies for certain performances.

Currently, we are raising money for: Bamboo sticks for a Tinikling dance, silk ribbons for a Chinese Silk Ribbon dance, hats for an Asian Pop performance, fabric to design outfits for a fashion show, and wooden breaking boards for a martial arts performance. Please consider supporting our wonderful scholar artists in preparing for their culture showcase!
