Support the Chacon Family after their loss of Grandma Jake
Donation protected
Hi, I'm Cassandra Gonzalez, and I would love to help Shona and her family out. I've set up a meal train that can help her at this time of grief. She's has always been there for me and will for anyone she is like her mother she thinks of others than herself.
On June 17, 2024, at 7:15am Jeannette Ann Chacon ask Grandma Jake gained her wings. The family plan to do a Celebration of Life to welcome everyone to talk about a memory and give their respect and goodbyes. But unfortunately, this was a loss the family was not prepared for and need help with expenses.
Beautiful Jeannette Ann Chacon was not just a mother but a loving grandmother. Those of you that knew her knew she loved attending her children and specially her grandchildren's sports events. She would volunteer her time at almost every swim meet and even soccer events for her grandkids. In this community at these sports events, she quickly became Grandma Jake to everyone that crossed her path. Her bubbly bright personality uplifted everyone and put a smile on their faces in her company. She touched many hearts and continues to do so through her grandchildren.
Please help Shona, Jakee and Jayson in this time of need. If you able to help donate, we would really appreciate it too helped with medical expenses and burial arrangements.
Thank you
Cass
