Support the Castillo Family in Joel's Memory

With the permission of the Castillo Family, we are setting up this GoFundMe to help raise funds for funeral arrangements and other expenses following the heartbreaking loss of Joel Castillo, a beloved sophomore at Compass Rose Legacy Secondary.

Joel had been a part of our school community since 7th grade, and we watched him grow not only as a person but as a dedicated scholar. He was committed to prioritizing his academics, ensuring he stayed on track for graduation. Though quiet, he had a sense of humor that brightened those around him, and his deep love for his siblings was evident in all he did. He was known for his kind heart and the beautiful braids that made him stand out.

Joel touched the lives of so many, and his absence leaves a profound hole in our hearts. We ask for your support during this difficult time to assist the Castillo family with the costs associated with his memorial and funeral services.
