In the early morning hours of November 10, 2025, Mike and Barb Casey were awoken by the frantic barking of their guardian dog, Denali. Groggy from lack of sleep, Mike made his way down the stairs and out the front door to see what was wrong. He raced back in the house yelling to Barb that the barn was on fire.

It was a total loss.

Due to a number of reasons, neither the vehicles nor the barn was insured.

The Caseys lost approximately $50,000 worth of vehicles, two freezers full of meat, dog food, animal feeders and more. The Casey's are asking for help with donations of food, freezers, dog food and help cleaning up the wreckage.
