Yesterday, our dear friends Mark and Julia, along with their four boys—Jack, Tom, Calvin, and Danny—lost their beloved farm home in a devastating fire.

By God’s grace, everyone is safe, including their pets. But their home is a complete loss.

This wasn’t just a house—it was a place that meant so much to so many. Their farm was the heart of our community. A place where kids gathered, teens felt welcome, and friends always knew they could stop by. It was full of love, laughter, and open doors.

While insurance will help in time, the reality is that the days and weeks ahead will bring many immediate needs and unexpected expenses. Rebuilding a home—and everything that comes with it—is a long and difficult road.
