Support the Carlsons: Hurricane Helene Relief

With the coming of Hurricane Helene, a lot of people in Tampa were blindsided by record storm surges and horrible property damage. When the storm finally passed, the Carlson’s house was left in waist-deep water, which destroyed most of their furniture and pictures, rendered the house structurally compromised due to water damage, and fried most of the electrical circuits downstairs. We have fished, dove, and stayed with the Carlsons many times, and they are part of the backbone of Tampa’s community of outdoorsmen.
Left without cars to drive or a place to stay, we are asking for your help in getting the Carlsons a temporary place to stay and vehicle while they sort things out with insurance, which will take a long while.
With the possibility of more storms on the horizon, anything can and will help in this time of need. Please, join us and the rest of the Crystalhook fishing family in providing support for friends of the channel and of the city of Tampa.
