Support the Burrell family during Matt’s Leukemia journey

Hi my name is Sheree and I’m setting up this go fund me page for my special friends son who unfortunately has been given the terrible news he has an acute and aggressive form of Leukaemia.

My friend Paula and Trevor’s son Matt Burrell, only 26 years old who is a fit, hard working young man started to get headaches and feeling generally unwell, due to this Paula took him to Southend Hospital where he underwent tests which then lead to the devastating diagnosis.

Matt was blue lighted to St Barts hospital where he will undergo 5 long weeks of intense Chemotherapy alongside other treatments. The journey doesn’t just end here Matt will have to then be treated as an outpatient visiting the hospital on a daily basis for further treatment.

As you can imagine, this is a really difficult time for Paula and Trevor, especially after Paula has only just finished Cancer treatment for herself. This is something they never thought they would have to go through so I’ve set up this go fund me page to help them financially while they are out of work supporting their son Matt on this journey they have ahead of them.
