Hi, my name is Shelby Cole. I am making this GoFundMe for my best friend Kelsey and her family. Her husband John and son Landen were involved in a serious car accident on I-20 early this morning. A vehicle struck their truck and trailer, causing it to flip. Thankfully, both John and Landen survived the crash — but the road ahead will be a challenging one.

John sustained multiple injuries and is currently hospitalized in stable condition. He will require surgery and an extended recovery period, leaving him unable to work for the foreseeable future. Landen, although thankfully able to return home, also suffered injuries and is healing with his family’s love and care.

This accident has not only taken a physical and emotional toll on their family, but it also left them with a huge financial strain.
