I’m reaching out because Garon and I recently experienced something that’s left us emotionally and financially overwhelmed. Early Monday morning, our car was broken into here in Tulsa in our driveway. The thieves smashed a window and tried to hotwire our car, causing serious damage to the ignition and steering column.

Unfortunately this is the only car we have, so we need to get it back up and running as soon as possible. We have full coverage insurance, but unfortunately (as I found out yesterday afternoon) our deductible is $2,000, and that’s money we just don’t have right now.

If you’re in a position to help — even just $5 or $10 — it would mean the world to us. If you can’t donate, a share is just as appreciated. I know times are hard for everyone, and it’s difficult for us to ask for help but this situation has left us shaken and without many options.
