My name is Mikayla Downs, and I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my best friend Sami Buffalomeat and her family as they navigate an extremely challenging time. The Buffalomeat family will be temporarily relocating to Omaha to allow Sami to receive the best medical care while she waits for a liver transplant.

Funds raised from this GoFundMe will be used to support the family with residential expenses in Omaha, commute/transportation costs for KS-to-NE travel, medical bills and fees, and any other necessary costs.
