Bless the Buck Family in Loving Memory of Jen

On July 29th, our beloved Dr. Jen Buck went home to Jesus after complications following a liver transplant and her lifelong (quietly carried) battle with Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency. She was surrounded by love and lifted in prayer as she passed.

Jen was a rare light in this world. A scholar, theologian, author, mentor, and deep soul. She held space for truth, beauty, and hard questions—and she met them all with grace. Her joyous laughter, her deep wisdom, her generous friendship, and her resilient faith shaped so many lives.

She brought these qualities to the roles that mattered most to her: wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Jen leaves behind her husband Adam and their two young children, Judah (5) and Elia (3)—her whole heart.

Now we, her community, have the chance to carry that heart forward.

This fund is an invitation to come around the Buck family with the same generosity, strength, and joy that Jen gave so freely. Every gift helps support:

• Ongoing care and stability for Judah and Elia

• Household and childcare support

• Grief resources for the whole family

• Space for Adam to be fully present with the kids in this tender season

• Long-term investments in the kids’ future, in honor of Jen’s legacy
