On August 20th, 2020, Riverside Police Detective Aaron Brandt passed away after a sudden onset and battle with Acute Leukemia at age 45. Aaron was a faithful Christian and devoted husband and father. He will be forever missed by his family, friends, co-workers, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Aaron leaves behind his wife Melissa, 14-year-old son James and 10-year-old daughter Ellie. Melissa had recently decided to depart from being a school teacher to staying home with the kids to teach them at home. As anyone can imagine, there will be a length of time before paperwork is completed for receiving insurance benefits, and bills will continue to need to be paid in the interim time. This Go Fund Me is to help cover immediate living expenses for Melissa and the kids.
