My name is Stephanie Bractancia and I am trying to raise money to help our family through medical crisis. It has caused a huge financial burden on our entire family. We really need our friends and families help to get through the next couple months and prevent hardship.

On July 1, Abbey was rushed to the emergency room and admitted to ICU due to complications from eating disorder known as ARFID which we were already treating her for , the condition took a turn for the worst and we nearly lost her. After five days in the hospital, she is now entered outpatient treatment which requires uninsured cost for supplements medication’s and a major increase in already large grocery bill for special diet.

During her time in the hospital, my husband and I both missed time at work and we have fallen behind on monthly expenses. We are currently working on FMLA schedule so one of us is home to help prepare meals and monitor her treatments and get her to doctor appointments. Being a family of 6 we are already on a tight budget and this has made us unable to pay our basic monthly bills such as rent and car payments. If we can pay the bills soon we will not have our August rent and can risk losing one of our vehicles which we desperately need.

I’m embarrassed to ask for help for help from family and friends, but this is the only option I have at this point. I think all of you for your thoughts and prayers and know that no donation is too small.
