FRC robotics team #8055 EGM Robotics - BOSS BOTS has qualified to play at the Texas Cup State Championships at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston! We're so proud of our team for this achievement, but with this newfound accomplishment comes additional resource requirements. We would greatly appreciate the continued support of our team in this advancing journey!

What is FRC?

FRC (First Robotics Competition) is a high school robotics competition part of the FIRST organization preparing young people for the future.

 

Under strict rules, limited time, and resources, teams of students are challenged to raise funds, design a team "brand," hone teamwork skills, and build and program industrial-size robots to play a difficult field game against like-minded competitors. It’s as close to real-world engineering as a student can get!
