Hi, my name is Rana Salloom, and I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friend Kristen Bollinger and her father, Robert Bollinger, to help them during this heartbreaking time following the passing of Debbie Bollinger—a beloved wife, mother, and friend to so many.

A few weeks ago, Debbie suddenly became unwell and was taken to the emergency room, where doctors delivered devastating news: she had stage 4 cancer. Despite the family’s hope and the medical team’s best efforts, the disease spread with shocking speed. Debbie fought courageously for two weeks, but her condition worsened rapidly, and she never had the chance to begin chemotherapy.

Debbie’s passing has left an unimaginable void in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. As Kristen and Robert grieve this tremendous loss, they are also facing the unexpected and overwhelming costs that come with funeral services and the financial responsibilities that Debbie had managed.

The family is now trying to cover over $10,000 in funeral home costs, along with additional memorial and financial transition expenses—bringing the total goal to $15,000. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward easing this burden so the Bollingers can focus on mourning, healing, and honoring Debbie’s memory.
