Stephanie and Ryan Boh are parents first. Across every season of their lives, that has been the truest thing about them — five incredible kids, a home full of noise and laughter, and a family that has always made room for one more seat at the table. This year, they were preparing to welcome their sixth.
On May 22, 2026, Margaret Jayne Boh was born and baptized at Littleton Adventist Hospital. Shortly after birth, she was lovingly received and held by her siblings, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. And then, far too soon, she was gone.
Earlier in the pregnancy, Stephanie was diagnosed with anencephaly. From that moment on, she and Ryan carried Margaret with the same fierce love they've given each of their children — preparing, praying, and choosing to cherish every day they had with her. No amount of preparation makes a goodbye like this easier.
Stephanie is recovering physically, and the medical team at Littleton Adventist has been nothing short of extraordinary throughout her care, delivery, and the hours that followed. The family is now home, surrounded by close family and faith, and beginning the long work of grieving together.
Why we're raising funds
Stephanie and Ryan are the kind of people who show up for everyone else. They have spent years quietly being the first to bring a meal, watch someone else's kids, or step in when a friend or neighbor needed help. Now it's our turn.
Funds raised here will go directly to the family to help cover:
- Medical and hospital costs associated with Stephanie's care and delivery
- Funeral and burial expenses for Margaret Jayne
- Day-to-day needs while Stephanie and Ryan focus on their children — meals, groceries, household help, and anything that lets them be fully present as a family during this time
Anything raised beyond these costs will stay with the family to support whatever they need in the weeks and months ahead.
