Support the Boersma Family in the wake of wildfire!

Friday, March 14th, I received a phone call from my sister Mauralee Boersma: she was frantically driving back to Stillwater from work after being informed that the daycare her youngest child, Noah, was at was being evacuated due to raging wildfires in Stillwater, but she was trying to avoid other fires on her way there. As the afternoon progressed into evening and the winds continued to rage, Mauralee and Brad’s neighborhood was evacuated as well. They brought all their kids and their beloved canine to safety and prayed for the best possible outcome.
The next morning, Mauralee and Brad were able to go see what was left of their home. It had been completely devastated and destroyed by the fires the night before.
Brad’s parents lived in the same neighborhood and lost everything as well.
Everything is gone: clothes, toys, sentimental items, and of course the roof they used to have over their head. The whole family yearns to go home- but unfortunately that is not to be for some time to come. Please help us to help them as they rebuild their lives and their home in the wake of this devastating fire.
