As neighbors and friends we are asking that you donate to the Bertin family. On Monday morning, September 8, 2025, tragedy struck the Bertin family, Robin, Joe and their son Joey, when a fire tore through their home. Robin had been sleeping when she suddenly woke up to smoke detectors, a terrifying moment no one should ever have to experience. In just a matter of moments everything they worked so hard for was gone. Their home, belongings, and memories were lost in the fire.
While the family is grateful to have made it out safely, they are devastated by the loss of their two beloved cats in the fire. This heartbreak on top of losing their home has left them with unimaginable pain.
The Bertins are a kind, hardworking family, who have always been there for family, friends and neighbors. The family faces the overwhelming challenge of starting over and now they need us to be there for them. Rebuilding after such a devastating loss will take time, strength and resources.
This fundraiser will go directly to the Bertins with immediate needs such as clothing, food, and temporary housing as well as long term recovery as they begin the difficult journey of rebuilding their lives.
Any donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference. If you are unable to give, please share this page to help spread the word and surround this family with support during such a heartbreaking time.
Please continue to pray for the Bertins as they navigate the days, weeks, and months ahead. Let’s come together to help Robin, Joe and Joey find hope and stability again.
Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
