Support the Bergman Family's Rebuilding Journey

Hello Friends and Family,

A tragic event happened last night as we were traveling down to Oceanside, CA to visit our church family and friends: our car caught fire and burned down as we were driving down the grapevine. Beside the traumatic event, my husband, our 8-month-old daughter Noa, myself and our dog Aspen, lost everything as our main priority was to get ourselves out of the vehicle that was burning quickly. We are thanking God for saving us and keeping us safe, it truly is a miracle within itself. This was a trip we packed a lot for - three weeks of being away from home – so as you can imagine, everything we had is now gone: our car (we shared this car) our daughters car seat and stroller, our clothes, shoes, toiletries, breast pumps, bottles, diaper bag, all of Noa’s playtime essentials, bottle sterilizer, laptop, our camera, and the list goes on and on. Although insurance will cover some cost, it will not cover all and we do not know when we will see that coming through to us as these things take time.

We know some of these possessions are not the most important thing, but there is a large number of items that are crucial for our daily life as a family.

We are reaching out for your support to help us rebuild and replace these essentials. Our main financial burden is purchasing a new car, a car seat and stroller for Noa, and basic essentials for our family. We are so thankful for the support of our community.
