Support the Bautista Family in Crisis

Deacon Enrique Bautista and his wife Joyce have always been pillars of kindness and service in their community. As a Permanent Deacon in the Catholic Diocese of Charleston, Enrique dedicated his days and evenings to serving at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Columbia, SC, and helping those in need. Joyce has stood by his side, sharing in his commitment to others and raising their three children with love and faith.

Last fall, Enrique suffered a massive stroke at just 42 years old, leaving him disabled and unable to work. While the family was still adjusting to this new reality, Joyce was involved in a serious car accident. She sustained painful injuries that will take time to heal, and their only car was destroyed. With two children in grade school and one in college, the Bautista family is now struggling to provide the essentials—food, housing, and transportation—while facing mounting bills, uncertainty about the future, and significant medical expenses that have accrued from both Enrique’s stroke and Joyce’s accident.

Donations to this fundraiser will help the Bautista family pay their mortgage, cover household bills, buy groceries, pay off the wrecked car, purchase a replacement vehicle, and pay for the medical expenses they are facing. Enrique and Joyce have always given selflessly to others, and now they need our help. Please consider supporting this wonderful family as they navigate these incredibly difficult times. Your generosity will make a real difference and is deeply appreciated.
