Support the Bales Family's Fresh Start

Help Paula, Arthur, and Brandon get a fresh start.

Like so many others, The Bales family was impacted by the devastating Eaton fire that ravaged the Pasadena/Altadena area in Northeast Los Angeles. While their apartment was spared from the fire, it has suffered significant intrusion of smoke and ash.

Due to Arthur's health sensitivities and the proximity to the extensive FEMA cleanup in the coming months, they have sadly determined that it unsafe for them to return. They need transitional support as they urgently search for a new place to live, assess damaged belongings, and find a new school for Arthur, as his was destroyed.

We (The Bamberg-Johnson/Gearhart family) are assisting our dear friends as they navigate all the complex challenges of this dynamic and challenging situation. So many have lost so much, and they are deeply grateful for anything you can give to support their transition to a new safe and stable life.
