One year ago, the township shut down Back 9.

On September 6, 2024, they issued an injunction — even though our property is zoned for resort use, every permit was secured, and every engineering approval was signed off.

We’ve kept fighting because this is bigger than motocross. It’s about fairness, community, and protecting a safe place for the next generation to ride.

Why This Matters

Youth & Family: Back 9 was built as a sanctuary for our kids and yours — a place where Hudson, Grant, and countless others could ride, learn, and grow under supervision and safety standards.

Community: Without venues like Back 9, motocross doesn’t disappear — it only becomes more dangerous.

Fairness: We followed every rule. Yet politics and selective enforcement closed our gates.

What’s Next

We are taking this fight to a higher court. Our legal team has filed the appeal, and we are committed to proving — once and for all — that Back 9 belongs here.

On Friday, September 6th, we were hit with an unlawful injunction to stop club activities. The issue has shifted from zoning to a claim that we’re a “nuisance” based solely on the testimony of a handful of karens and biased officials.

We’re digging in our heels, and today (9/13), we finally had a kick-ass meeting and found the right guy to fight with us. With your help, we can get our friends and families back doing what we love best!
