Hey there, I'm Chris Horder, also known as Chuck LaFlange. I host the Ashes to Awesome podcast, where we talk about the tough stuff like addiction and trauma. My own battles with addiction and PTSD pushed me to start this, and I'm proud to say I've been sober for a year now, with Oct 21, 2023 marking the milestone!

Big news! I got a spot for healing therapy at the Yatra Center in Phuket, Thailand. This is a great chance for me to get better and to also keep my podcast going from a place that's more affordable. My family's helping a lot with the trip costs, but there's still some money needed.

The podcast does get some money from sponsors, but it's not always enough. The Yatra Center will cover my first month in Thailand. After that, things are a bit uncertain.
