The Anthony Moncada Foster Youth Scholarship has been created in memory of a bright young man whose life was tragically cut short by an automobile accident. Anthony, the passenger in the car, passed away leaving behind a legacy of hope, creativity, and resilience.

A former foster youth, Anthony had a passion for cars, photography, sketching, skateboarding, and appreciating the beauty of nature. Anthony's life was a testament to the strength and spirit of foster youth, and through this scholarship, we aim to honor his memory by helping others like him have the opportunity for a brighter future.

The Anthony Moncada Foster Youth Scholarship will be awarded annually on Anthony's birthday in May. The scholarship is dedicated to providing financial support to current or former foster youth who are pursuing higher education or vocational training. Our goal is to ensure that young people who have experienced foster care have a chance to succeed academically, professionally, and personally—just as Anthony had the potential to do before his untimely passing.
