For more than 20 years, the New York Mixed Chorus (NYMC) has shared the joy of choral music throughout the New York metropolitan area. In addition to presenting concerts, we perform at senior care facilities, churches, local festivals, and other community events, using music to bring people together and strengthen connections within our community.

With the support of our members, audiences, and friends, we celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2024. In 2025, NYMC became a nonprofit organization, marking an important new chapter in our commitment to serving the community through music for many years to come.

This year, we are launching a crowdfunding campaign to help make our 2026 Annual Concert possible. Like many community-based arts organizations, NYMC continues to face rising rehearsal-space fees and other operating costs. At the same time, a decline in membership has made it increasingly difficult to cover the expenses required to present the concert.

Funds raised through this campaign will help us create a meaningful experience for both performers and audience members. In addition to supporting essential concert expenses, we hope to hold a small post-concert reception to thank our audience and supporters, and to preserve the performance through professional photography and videography.

With your generous support, we hope to continue bringing the joy of music to our community and make this year’s Annual Concert a meaningful and memorable event. Contributions to NYMC are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Every contribution, regardless of size, will be used with care to support our activities.

ニューヨーク混声合唱団（New York Mixed Chorus：NYMC）は、20年以上にわたりニューヨーク近郊を拠点に、合唱音楽の喜びを地域の皆様へお届けしてまいりました。コンサートの開催に加え、老人施設や教会、地域のフェスティバルなどでも演奏し、音楽を通じて人と人とがつながる機会を大切にしています。

団員をはじめ、ご来場くださる皆様や日頃から応援してくださる皆様のお力添えにより、2024年には創立20周年を迎えることができました。そして2025年、NYMCは非営利団体（NPO）となり、音楽を通じて地域社会に貢献する活動を、これまで以上に長く続けていくための新たな一歩を踏み出しました。

本年の定期演奏会の開催に向け、クラウドファンディングを実施いたします。近年は、練習会場費をはじめとする運営コストが上昇を続けています。加えて団員数の減少も重なり、演奏会に必要な費用を確保することが、これまで以上に難しくなっています。

今回いただいたご支援は、演奏会の開催に必要な費用に充てさせていただきます。また、ご来場の皆様や日頃から支えてくださる皆様へ感謝をお伝えするため、終演後にささやかなレセプションを開催し、この大切な舞台を記録として残すため、プロによる写真・映像撮影も行いたいと考えています。

皆様の温かいご支援をいただくことで、地域に音楽の喜びを届け続けるとともに、本年の定期演奏会をより実りあるものにしたいと考えております。ご寄付は米国税法上認められる範囲で税控除の対象となります。金額の大小にかかわらず、一つひとつのご支援を大切に活用させていただきます。
