For almost 40 years, Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park has been home to some incredible animals and a place where generations of families have made wonderful memories.

Today, we face the heartbreaking possibility of having to close our gates for the final time.

But while the future of our park remains uncertain, one thing is not – our animals still need us, and we will do everything possible to ensure they continue receiving the care they deserve.

Why We Need Your Help

The overwhelming kindness and support we’ve received has been truly humbling. So many of you have asked how you can help, which is why we’ve created this official GoFundMe appeal.

Although we’re still working tirelessly to secure the future of the park, we must also prepare for the possibility that a rescue cannot be found.

Our animals cannot simply be moved overnight. We are already working with other zoos and wildlife collections to find suitable new homes, but relocating them safely and responsibly could take weeks or even months.

Throughout this period, we must continue providing the very best care for every animal.

We are retaining a small, dedicated team of experienced keepers to ensure our animals remain safe, healthy and properly cared for. However, meeting these essential costs without our normal income presents an enormous challenge.

How Your Donations Will Help

Every donation will help support the continued welfare of our animals, including:

Your generosity will help give us the time and resources to make the right decisions for our animals without compromising their welfare.

We Haven’t Given Up Hope

We are still actively exploring every opportunity to save the park, including discussions with potential buyers, investors and financial supporters.

Our greatest wish is to see Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park survive and continue welcoming families for generations to come.

But whatever happens, the welfare of our animals must always come first.

Could You Help on a Larger Scale?

We would also welcome contact from businesses, organisations or individuals who may be able to offer substantial financial support, sponsor animal care or explore investment, partnership or purchase opportunities.

If you or someone you know could help secure the future of the park, please contact us directly through our official channels.

From Our Family to Yours – Thank You

For almost four decades, our family and dedicated staff have poured their hearts into this special place.

Now, at the most difficult moment in our history, we’re asking for your help.

Every donation, however small, will make a difference. And if you cannot donate, simply sharing our appeal would mean the world to us.

From our family, our dedicated keepers and all the incredible animals in our care, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Please help us protect our animals and give them the future they deserve.

Your Donations – Our Promise

All money raised through this appeal is intended specifically for the care and welfare of our animals, including food, veterinary treatment, essential keeper wages and the safe relocation of animals where necessary.

This appeal is not intended to raise money to repay the park’s historical business debts.

We will keep clear records of how donations are spent and provide regular updates so our supporters can see how their generosity is helping the animals.
