Support the Animals and Hanne lost Home in Fire

Dear friends and supporters. My name is Sebastian, I hope I can explain what it is about in English.

Short Story

I am Hanne's son. I am writing to you because we urgently need support for the animals and the reconstruction of the facility. My mother (74) lives in Portugal for many years and works very closely with the animal welfare organizations, Casa animales, Esperanca, and the regional animal shelters. Among other things also in e.g. Odemira. She has been campaigning for the animals in the Algarve for years. Helps with nature rescue projects, among other things, and takes in supportive animals from local shelters and from the streets. She owns a small piece of land where she lives in a trailer and over the years has lovingly built fenced enclosures and temporary shelters for the animals. And set up a small sanctuary. On the mountain at Aljezur she had to finance, among other things, a solar system, and water treatment. Which was only paid off a month ago. Devastating fires have erupted in this region over the past two weeks. Not only all animal enclosures were destroyed, but also the stables for the horses, the kennels. The complete solar system as well as the batteries and the water treatment were also destroyed. The hay hut also no longer exists and her caravan was badly damaged. The entire fence that encloses the property to protect the animals has also burned down.

I am asking for your help as I don't know where to start. The animals urgently need help and a home again. But the supply of water and electricity is simply no longer available. My mother was evacuated for 8 days. Although she can now return to her land, she is currently sleeping in the car and the animals depend on the support of neighbors and friends. Therefore I ask you to support my mother and especially the animals! So that she can give the animals a home again and animals in need can be taken in again.

The first donations will be invested in the water treatment, the fences and the solar system. A new hay hut also has to be built again.
