The Amuzu Family recently experienced a devastating house fire that left them with nothing. The family of three—along with the husband’s parents, who were visiting from Ghana—and their two beloved dogs, Heaven and Angel, were all inside the home when the fire broke out. The blaze started in their son’s bedroom and spread rapidly, engulfing the entire house and resulting in a complete loss. Thankfully, everyone, including Heaven and Angel, made it out safely, but the husband was at work when the tragedy occurred and returned to find his family and home forever changed.

This unimaginable event has left the Amuzu Family without a place to live and without any of their belongings. Their dogs, Heaven and Angel, are being temporarily cared for by friends while the family works to find stability. The Amuzus are now facing the overwhelming challenge of starting over from scratch, needing everything from clothing and food to medicine and basic necessities. The emotional and financial toll is immense, and they need support from their community to help them through this difficult time.
