Support the American Palestinian Women's Cause

I am Shaza and I'm from Gaza. When the war began, we left our home. It was bombed, and I haven't seen it since that day. I lost my brother and I still don't know where he is. My two brothers, Mohammed and Adnan, were also martyred.
We are now homeless, living in a tent and moving from place to place in search of safety. We have no source of income. We stand in line at the shelters since morning just to get a bite to eat.
My brother Aboud goes out every morning to collect bags and plastic bags from the streets to light a fire so we can cook, because we can't even afford firewood.
My little sister, Heba, has been standing in line at the hospice since morning, trying to get us some food. She and my brother should have been at school, searching for hope, not a bite to eat.
The war has robbed us of everything: our home, our security, our siblings, and even our childhood and dreams.
My sister Rahaf has glaucoma and has lost 95% of her optic nerve. She needs urgent treatment to prevent her from losing her sight completely. My mother, a high-blood-pressure teacher, suffers from a delicate heart and needs permanent medication.
My brother Diaa has a Platinum-related injury to his hand and needs a bone graft, which is expensive. He lives on painkillers and antibiotics. He needs daily, ongoing treatment.
Every dollar can help us buy bread, medicine, or water. Every dollar could keep us alive.
Help us and share our message with the world so that it may reach a compassionate heart that will extend a helping hand.
Thank you and may God bless you.
Shaza
