Hurricane Melissa has deeply impacted communities across Jamaica, and The American Friends of Jamaica (AFJ) is on the ground leading relief efforts.

Island Gigs is reaching out to all of our guests, past and present, to help support the rebuilding of the Jamaican families we’ve grown to love over our many years together. All funds raised will be donated directly to The American Friends of Jamaica (AFJ) to provide assistance to families in need and help restore the communities that have given us so much.

AFJ has partnered with trusted organizations—including Global Empowerment Mission, Dennis Shipping, ARC Manufacturing, Colgate-Palmolive, and Project STAR—to deliver food, clean water, hygiene kits, and shelter materials to families in need.

Your donation directly supports these life-saving efforts and helps rebuild stability across the island.

For over 40 years, AFJ has worked to strengthen Jamaica through education, healthcare, and community development. Together, we can continue that mission and help the people of Jamaica recover and rebuild stronger than ever.
