Hello everyone!

Some of you already know, but for those that don’t, my Dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Dementia last May. Our family will be participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s on September 19. We’ve been encouraged to raise $100 per participant to receive a t-shirt commemorating the event. Since the walk this year falls on Dad’s birthday, we definitely want to participate and have a memento from it. We will be making our own contributions, but we created a GoFundMe to provide an opportunity for anyone who would like to donate. All funds raised will further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

We would also like to encourage you to come walk with us! There is no cost to participate. It would mean so much to have a group for Team Sam, showing our support and trying to raise awareness of this life altering disease.
