My name is Phil, and I’m building the ABLE PHILosophy Movement through my platform, Dr PhilGood PILL. I live with rheumatoid arthritis, severe osteoporosis, and I navigate life in a wheelchair. There are days where my body limits me, but I continue to push forward with purpose. Through my journey, I’ve learned this: HEALth is the FocUS… therefore, we must HEAL US first—Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually—so we can help heal others.
ABLE means Adapt, Believe, Lead, Empower. By focusing on our HEALth first, we learn to Adapt through adversity, Believe in growth and purpose, Lead by example, and Empower others through our experiences in real time. Live ABLE — Not DISable. Remove the DIS. Dismiss the DIS. My content is built around what I call the PILL: Pre-SCRIP-Tion, Inspired, Legacy, Lessons. Real-life guidance that helps people grow, heal, and move forward with purpose.
The funds I’m raising will help me continue creating content, improve my setup, and build this mission in a sustainable way. It will also help with accessibility needs and transportation, allowing me to travel, connect with others, and expand the reach of this movement. This is more than content. This is about helping people grow, heal, and live with purpose.
